Must have skills:
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies serve as Scrum Master for the POD, facilitating ceremonies and clearing impediments.
Solid technical background with hands on experience using Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).
Ability to translate requirements into clear user stories and collaborate effectively on cross team initiatives.

Nice to have skills
Excellent organizational skills with a strong sense of ownership over deliverables and outcomes
Positive, can do attitude equally comfortable handling large initiatives or smaller tasks.

Detailed Job Description:
In the role of Technical Program Manager, you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Epic grooming and project tracking using agile methodology. You will play an important role in ensuring programs and projects are meeting organization goals and requirements.
