Manage luxury single-family home projects from start to finish. Oversee budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance. Coordinate architects, designers, inspectors, and owners. Ensure work meets quality, safety, and contractual standards. 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in residential construction. Proven background delivering high-end custom homes. Strong knowledge of local building codes and inspections. Confident communicator with clients and trade partners. Organized, detail-oriented, and accountable.
$100,000-$150,000 base salary plus bonus potential. Performance bonus tied to projects and annual results. Company-paid healthcare coverage. 2-3 weeks of PTO plus 7 paid holidays.
