You don't necessarily need a traditional construction background. If you're resourceful, comfortable working with people, and motivated to take ownership of projects from start to finish, we'd love to meet you.What You'll DoManage projects from start to finish: Coordinate planning, pre-construction, permitting, scheduling, construction, final walkthroughs, and project closeout.Own budgets and schedules: Track project costs, timelines, change orders, and milestones. Identify potential issues early and work proactively to resolve them.Coordinate people and priorities: Work with homeowners, subcontractors, vendors, architects, designers, and other partners to keep projects moving forward.Build client relationships: Keep clients informed, set clear expectations, communicate changes, and help them navigate decisions throughout the process.Stay organized and use technology: Maintain accurate project records, schedules, daily logs, budgets, and change orders using Buildertrend, Procore, or other digital tools.Solve problems: Adapt when plans change, take responsibility for finding solutions, and follow through until issues are resolved.Protect quality and accountability: Monitor project progress, workmanship, jobsite safety, and compliance with applicable building codes and project specifications.Improve how we work: Collaborate with leadership and the team to strengthen processes, share ideas, and continuously improve project delivery.Who You AreWe're more interested in how you think, work, and take ownership than in whether your background follows a traditional path.You may be a great fit if you:Take initiative, accept responsibility, and follow through without needing constant direction.Are organized and able to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and moving pieces.Communicate clearly and professionally, especially when expectations change or challenges arise.Enjoy working with people, building trust, and finding practical solutions.Are comfortable with technology and willing to learn new software and systems.Welcome feedback, adapt quickly, and look for ways to improve.Care about doing the right thing for clients, teammates, and project partners.Can visit and coordinate work at active jobsites throughout Arlington and the surrounding service area.Experience in project coordination, real estate, property management, finance, operations, residential construction, or another project-based field can be valuable.
