Your Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, design, coordination, and delivery of ground-up and interior projects.
- Oversee day-to-day client, consultant, and contractor communications.
- Manage schedules, budgets, and design quality through all project phases.
- Produce and review drawings, ensuring compliance with codes and project standards.

What You Bring
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture (registration not required).
- 35 years of professional experience in architecture, including direct involvement in project management.
- Experience coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Strong design and technical skills paired with excellent organization and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD; familiarity with SketchUp, Bluebeam, and MS Office a plus.
- Self-driven attitude and eagerness to take ownership in a small, collaborative firm setting.
