Project Manager - Data Center Construction

Ashburn is the heart of Data Center Alley, and the work here isn't slowing down. A well-established general contractor is looking for a Project Manager who knows mission-critical construction and wants to run hyperscale and colocation projects with a team that has your back.

What You'll Do

- Run data center projects from preconstruction through commissioning, turnover and closeout

- Own the budget, schedule, buyout and change orders, and keep everyone informed along the way

- Coordinate closely with the owner, design team and MEP trade partners on power, cooling and critical systems

- Lead weekly OAC and subcontractor meetings and keep the job moving

- Work hand in hand with your superintendent to keep the site safe, on schedule and built right

- Mentor assistant PMs and project engineers as the team grows

What You Bring

- Project management experience with a general contractor, including data center or mission-critical projects (required)

- A solid understanding of electrical and mechanical scopes, phased turnover and Level 1–5 commissioning

- Comfort with fast-track schedules and large subcontractor packages

- Clear, friendly communication with owners, designers and the field

- A degree in construction management, engineering or related field, or equivalent experience
