Project Manager - Data Center Construction

The West Valley has become one of the busiest data center corridors in the country, and Goodyear sits right in the middle of it. A respected general contractor is growing its mission-critical team and looking for a Project Manager who loves big, technical builds and a team that has each other's backs. What You'll Do

• Lead data center projects from early planning and buyout through commissioning and closeout

• Own the budget, schedule, forecasting, change management and pay applications

• Build trusting relationships with owners, engineers and trade partners

• Map out procurement for long-lead gear like switchgear, generators, UPS systems and cooling equipment

• Work side by side with field leadership on safety, quality and phased turnover

• Mentor assistant project managers and project engineers as they grow

What You Bring

• Project management experience with a general contractor, including data center or mission-critical construction (required)

• Working knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, MEP coordination and integrated systems testing

• A track record of finishing projects safely, on schedule and on budget

• Strong organization, clear communication and a calm, team-first approach

• A degree in construction management, engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience
