Project Manager - Data Center Construction

Northeast Louisiana is quickly becoming one of the South's busiest spots for data center construction, with massive hyperscale campuses rising across the region. A well-established general contractor is looking for a Project Manager to help deliver mission-critical work in and around Monroe. If you enjoy fast-paced, technical projects and a team that genuinely supports each other, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Manage data center projects from preconstruction and buyout through commissioning and closeout
• Keep budgets, schedules, change orders and monthly forecasts on track
• Coordinate closely with owners, engineers, architects and trade partners
• Track procurement and delivery of long-lead electrical and mechanical equipment like switchgear, generators, UPS systems and cooling units
• Partner with superintendents on safety, quality, phasing and systems testing
• Support and develop assistant project managers and project engineers

What You Bring

• Project management experience with a general contractor, including data center or mission-critical construction (required)
• Solid understanding of MEP coordination and commissioning on complex projects
• Strong organization and a knack for staying ahead of schedule and cost issues
• Friendly, clear communication with owners, design teams and field crews
• A degree in construction management, engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience
