Project Manager - Data Centers (HYBRID)

Responsibilities: of the Project Manager: • Manage security, fire alarm, CCTV, access control, and related technology projects from kickoff through completion. • Oversee project budgets, schedules, forecasting, and change orders. • Coordinate customers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams. • Monitor project progress, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful execution. • Support procurement, documentation, reporting, and project closeout activities. • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications: of the Project Manager: • 5+ years of project management experience in low-voltage, security, fire alarm, BAS/BMS, or related construction environments. • Experience managing budgets, schedules, customer relationships, and project documentation. • Knowledge of access control, CCTV, fire alarm, building automation, or structured cabling systems. • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. • Experience with project management software and construction documentation.
