JOB TITLE: Project Manager
Description
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate multiple manufacturing and company-wide projects from initiation through completion.
- Work directly with the CEO and leadership team to establish project priorities, timelines, deliverables, and responsibilities.
- Develop project plans, schedules, milestones, and action-item tracking.
- Coordinate activities across Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, and other departments as needed.
- Conduct project meetings and provide clear updates regarding progress, risks, delays, and next steps.
- Hold project owners accountable for assigned action items and deadlines.
- Identify potential project risks, roadblocks, and resource constraints and escalate concerns when necessary.
- Maintain project documentation, meeting notes, timelines, dashboards, and status reports.
- Support equipment installations, facility improvements, process changes, product launches, operational improvements, and other strategic initiatives.
- Ensure projects continue progressing when executive leadership is unavailable or traveling.
- Assist leadership with prioritizing competing projects and resources.
- Promote continuous improvement and help identify opportunities to improve efficiency, communication, and project execution.
- Perform other project-related responsibilities as assigned.
