Project Manager - Design Build

Description

* Manage Design-Build projects from planning through final completion

* Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractor performance, and project reporting

* Coordinate preconstruction, design partners, owners, and internal teams

* Lead risk management, contract administration, and change order processes

* Drive safety, quality, and client satisfaction throughout project delivery

Profile

* 5+ years of Project Management experience in commercial construction

* Experience delivering Design-Build projects preferred

* Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, and contract management

* Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project teams

* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
