Job TitleConstruction Project ManagerJob DescriptionLead planning, budgeting, and scheduling for commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Coordinate architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project scope and specifications are met. Monitor project costs, manage change orders, and maintain financial control against the approved budget. Oversee site progress and ensure milestones are achieved according to the project schedule. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, permits, and quality standards. Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders to provide updates, resolve issues, and manage expectations. Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to prevent delays or cost overruns. Review contracts, manage procurement, and ensure subcontractor performance and deliverables meet project requirements.The Successful Applicant3+ years of construction project management experience. Track record of running ground-up commercial and/or retail projects. Familiarity with preconstruction and estimating.
