Job Summary: The Project Manager, Design is responsible for overseeing engineering and architectural design, bid evaluation, contract administration, project scheduling, and quality control for capital projects requiring architectural and engineering capability.Relocation Reimbursement Assistance for Eligible CandidatesMinimum Starting Salary: $93,403- $160,755*Final salary offer will be based on relevant skills and experience to the positionAccepting Applications Until FilledOversees engineering and architectural design, bid evaluation, contract administration, project scheduling, and quality control.Review and be familiar with project plan drawings and specifications.Schedules and conducts design progress meetings.Coordinates activities with outside agencies to ensure timely completion of projects.Coordinates with end-users to ensure required functions of projects are accurate.Ensures projects are completed within the stipulated time and allocated budget.Reviews requested modifications to facilities.Performs periodic site observations and provides findings.
