The Opportunity ----------------
An effective project requires a manager who is passionate about guiding it through the complexities of its lifecycle. It requires someone who is dedicated to identifying challenges mitigating risks and supporting a team with vision and focus. Thats why we need you - a seasoned Project Manager who can ensure our program achieves success.
As a lead Program Manager on our team, youll design, implement, and maintain impactful programs by guiding the team. The team will trust you to organize and coordinate program objectives and will look to you for direction as they navigate requirements, budget constraints, and staffing challenges. As an authority in this field, youll identify opportunities to grow the business by supporting your clients mission. Youll also broaden your expertise in problem management, strategic planning, reviewing contracts, and more. This is your chance to impact the warfighter and the industry while sharing your knowledge and expertise of program management methodologies.

You Have ------------
11 years of experience managing complex technical projects, including in ontology development 11 years of experience with SysEngOps DevSecOps version control systems and CICD pipelines Ability to produce project deliverables in the DoD ontology domain TSSCI clearance Masters degree in Systems Engineering, Project Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or Engineering Management Project Management Professional (PMP) Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP) Certification

Experience with Python, R, SQL, NoSQL, PostgreSQL, or ESRI, including ArcGIS or Arc Experience with DoD geospatial and all-source analysis Clearance

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individuals particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $90,000.00 to $225,000.00 annualized USD.
The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allens total compensation package for employees.
