Job Description
The Project Manager - Downtown Interiors will:
- Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, and completion.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project alignment.
- Monitor project budgets and timelines to ensure they are met.
- Identify and address potential risks or issues to maintain project progress.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations on all project sites.
- Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and leadership.
- Oversee procurement and management of resources and materials.
- Foster strong working relationships with clients and team members.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager - Downtown Interiors should have:
