Project Manager (Engineering)

Explain what the scope of the work/project is? Project Overview, deliverables (what is this person
responsible for).
Manage multiple projects by creating work orders (WOs) and purchase orders (POs) in SAP, while
tracking budgets. Ensure efficient execution and coordination to meet project goals within budget
constraints and schedule.

What are the top 3-5 skills and qualifications (technology/application/software, etc.) required?
The ideal candidate should have proficiency in Microsoft and SAP technologies,and some experience
with Google earth and SharePoint.

Non-technical skills like effective communication, strong problem-solving abilities.
3. Ideal candidate background and how many years required?
2-3 years in engineering or project management.
4. Are there any specific companies you like to see on a candidate's resume?
Not really. I'm more focused on the skills and experiences a candidate brings to the table.
5. Are there any certifications that the candidate must possess?
Not really

Not really

hopping) Large gaps with no explanation, and job hopping.

NOTE: This position maps to our Engineering classification and agencies. This position is intended for roles requiring technical experience such as engineering or construction. Manages the entire project lifecycle from project definition through implementation. Accountable for meeting agreed upon scope, cost, schedule and quality measures. Develops project plan and drives project milestones. Establishes effective communication plan with project team and key stakeholders. Provides day-to-day direction to project resources and ensures the project teams are provided the resources and support that enable the teams to reach their defined objectives. Ensures effective change management occurs throughout the course of the project. Responsible for preparation of documentation and status reports. Role requires excellent oral and written communications, interpersonal, negotiation, project planning, judgment, leadership, decision-making, analysis and problem-solving skills.
