Our client, an investment firm, is seeking a Project Manager, Enterprise Data Organization to join their team in New York, NY!
Youll own day-to-day execution, translate business needs into clear requirements for engineering, and connect teams across the organization. The firm is building a centralized data product so every team works from the same source of information. Today, teams operate in silos, each with its own way of handling data. Youll help change that by bringing structure and momentum to the projects that connect them.
Responsibilities:- Drive execution across multiple initiatives. Manage deliverables, dependencies, risks, and timelines for several projects running at once.
- Build and maintain the plan. Create project plans, milestones, action trackers, and status reports in Jira and other project management and AI-enabled tools.
- Gather and translate requirements. Partner with business stakeholders to understand their needs, document requirements, and turn them into actionable deliverables for engineering teams.
- Align stakeholders across functions. Coordinate with Business, Data, Engineering, Operations, and other teams to keep everyone moving in the same direction.

Unblock and own the outcome. Spot issues early, solve them, and keep workstreams on track.
What Youll Work On:- A firm-wide data foundation. Help stand up a centralized data product that replaces team-by-team approaches with one consistent source of truth.
- Credit data and pricing. Support the build-out of the data foundation for credit financials, including daily pricing of credit assets.
- Risk and exposure insights. Contribute to risk-oriented initiatives, such as assessing the firms exposure to AI and data center investments.
- Core data domains. Partner with stakeholders across security data, financial data, and product data.
- A modern data stack. Work alongside teams using Snowflake, Databricks, and SQL, with Claude layered on top of the data platforms and Jira driving delivery.
Required Qualifications:- 510 years of experience as a Project Manager, Business Analyst, or hybrid PM/BA in a fast-paced environment (the team spans a range of experience levels).
- Strong working knowledge of Jira and AI-enabled tools such as Claude
- Working familiarity with SQL and modern data platforms such as Snowflake or Databricks.
- A hands-on, ownership-driven approach and a willingness to get into the details.
- Sharp organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfort with ambiguity and a knack for structuring loosely defined problems.
- Agility to adapt as priorities shift.
- Confidence engaging stakeholders at every level, from business leaders to engineers.
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience with enterprise data initiatives, data governance, data quality, or data management programs.
- Background in financial services or asset management.
- Exposure to credit, fixed income, or security reference data.
Pay Rate: $70 - $80/hr
