Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution activities. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, clients, and internal project teams. Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Maintain project documentation, contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders. Conduct site visits as needed to support field operations and project progress. Monitor project financial performance and proactively resolve challenges. Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure successful project delivery. Support a growing portfolio of QSR and commercial projects valued between $1M and $3M.

The successful applicant will have 5+ years of construction project management experience preferred. Experience managing commercial construction projects. QSR, restaurant, retail, civil, or similar project experience highly preferred. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred but not required. Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration. Ability to effectively manage multiple project stakeholders. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Proficiency with construction management software and project tracking tools. Must be based in or willing to relocate to the Raleigh, NC area. Ability to travel locally for occasional project site visits.
