Key Responsibilities

Estimating

• Prepare accurate project estimates, material takeoffs, proposals, and budgets.
• Analyze plans, specifications, and bid documents.
• Solicit and evaluate vendor and subcontractor pricing.
• Develop competitive bids while maintaining profitability goals.

Project Management

• Manage projects from startup through closeout.
• Coordinate with customers, architects, vendors, subcontractors, and field leadership.
• Track project costs, schedules, documentation, and change orders.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and company standards.
• Support safe, efficient, and high-quality project delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial drywall estimating, project management, or a related construction management role.
• Strong understanding of commercial drywall systems and construction practices.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
• Experience preparing estimates, takeoffs, budgets, and project schedules.
• Proficiency in construction management and estimating software is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred but not required based on experience.
