Job Details

5+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably within excavation, earthwork, site development, heavy civil, or specialty foundation contracting.

Demonstrated experience managing excavation and earthwork projects from preconstruction through final completion.

Strong understanding of excavation operations, earthmoving, grading, soil conditions, site preparation, and construction sequencing.

Experience managing project budgets, cost tracking, forecasting, change orders, and overall financial performance.

Ability to develop and maintain project schedules while coordinating labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractors.

Experience reviewing construction drawings, specifications, contracts, and scopes of work.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate field personnel, superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.

Knowledge of construction safety regulations, OSHA requirements, and jobsite safety practices.

Excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality, schedule, and budget expectations.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction project management software.

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent industry experience will be considered.

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to active project sites as needed.
