Project Manager - Facade and Restoration

• Manage facade and exterior construction projects from initial planning through completion.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and work priorities for assigned construction activities.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders to align work, timelines, and project needs.
• Track project progress and address issues that affect scope, schedule, or delivery.
• Review project requirements and organize work needed for facade and exterior installations.
• Communicate project updates and key decisions to relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain project records, schedules, and documentation throughout the construction process.
• Help deliver completed facade and exterior work in line with project plans.

A successful Project Manager - Facade and Restoration in Queens, NY should have:

• Experience managing facade/exterior construction projects for a general contractor.
• Experience coordinating facade or exterior project work.
• Ability to build and maintain project schedules.
• Ability to track project activities and communicate progress clearly.
• Experience reviewing project plans, requirements, and documentation.
• Ability to coordinate work across construction project stakeholders.

Our client is a growing facade & exteriors general contractor in Queens and are hiring due to robust pipeline and continued growth. The Project Manager - Facade and Restoration will be a leader from day 1, and the general contractor will be poised to have a strong next few quarters, and needs someone who has hands on facade/exterior experience with a general contractor.

• Salary of $90,000 to $100,000.
• Role based in Carle Place.
