Join a growing contractor with a strong government project pipeline.About Our ClientOur client is a respected general contractor specializing in federal, mission-critical, and secure facility construction projects. They have built a strong reputation delivering complex renovations, SCIF environments, and specialized security-focused projects for government and private-sector clients.Job DescriptionManage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, subcontractor coordination, and client communications. Lead interior renovation and buildout projects typically ranging from $1M-$2M. Oversee construction activities within occupied and secure facilities. Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards. Manage subcontractors, vendors, project documentation, and stakeholder expectations. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve challenges. Provide regular project updates and reporting to leadership.
