Project Manager - Federal Projects

• Manage all phases of federal construction projects ranging from $10M to $100M+
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts
• Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, government representatives, and field teams
• Ensure compliance with USACE, NAVFAC, VA, GSA, and federal contracting requirements
• Manage contract administration, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation
• Lead client meetings and provide regular project updates
• Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining schedule and budget goals

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• 7+ years of construction project management experience
• Previous federal construction experience required
• Strong understanding of EM 385, federal acquisition regulations, and government documentation
• Proficient in Procore, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Project
• PMP or CCM certification preferred
