We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven Project Manager to join our Financial Advisory & Education team within the Global Advisor Network.
This role is responsible for executing and coordinating key initiatives across financial education, advisor network operations, and AI-enabled programs. You will serve as the central point of coordination across multiple teams, ensuring that workflows run smoothly, deliverables are completed on time, and cross-functional efforts remain aligned.
This is a high-impact, execution-focused role that supports a globally distributed team and requires strong ownership, precision, and proactive communication. You will work closely with the VP, Global, and partner with teams across our Advisor Network, Education, Customer Success, and AI to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across Financial Advisory, Education, Customer Success, and AI teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of key programs
Manage committee operations, including agenda planning, meeting facilitation, documentation, and follow-up for recurring cross-functional forums (e.g., financial planning and AI initiatives)
Own project tracking and accountability, ensuring tasks are clearly assigned, deadlines are met, and progress is communicated to stakeholders
Oversee global education content workflows, including distribution, tracking, and completion of content reviews and updates across multiple international markets
Support advisor network operations, including onboarding coordination, system setup (e.g., Salesforce, Calendly), and ongoing administrative support
Coordinate webinar execution, including scheduling, logistics, stakeholder communication, and readiness across presenters and internal teams
Identify and implement workflow improvements by leveraging project management tools and AI to increase efficiency, visibility, and scalability of operations
5+ years of project management experience, preferably in financial services, fintech, or HR technology
Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects across multiple teams and stakeholders
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality execution
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly in a fully remote environment
High degree of ownership and autonomy, with the ability to manage competing priorities and drive work forward independently
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana) and Google Workspace
Experience working with globally distributed teams
Experience in financial wellness, wealth management, or related financial services industries
Familiarity with Salesforce, Calendly, or similar operational tools
Experience facilitating cross-functional meetings and managing recurring workflows or committees
Exposure to AI-enabled products, workflows, or knowledge management systems
Experience supporting global content operations, localization, or review processes
Experience working with advisor or partner networks

The estimated base annual salary range for this role is $105,000 – $120,000. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, skills, and internal equity.
This role is also eligible for an annual performance bonus, equity participation, and a comprehensive benefits package.
This is a fully remote position. To work at BrightPlan, you must live and work in the United States and be eligible for employment by any employer in the U.S. You must have a dedicated workspace and reliable internet service.
