    Description

This role is ideal for someone who has built a career—and a book of business—delivering industrial construction projects for food and beverage manufacturers, and who is ready to step into a role with significant client-facing responsibility, P&L ownership, and team leadership.

    What You'll Do

    • Lead construction project execution for food manufacturing and beverage facility projects from planning through closeout
    • Own project P&L, ensuring financial performance and profitability targets are met
    • Drive business development efforts, cultivating and expanding client relationships within the food and beverage manufacturing sector
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring strong communication and relationship management throughout the project lifecycle
    • Coordinate and manage subcontractor relationships, ensuring quality, schedule, and safety standards are upheld
    • Collaborate with internal engineering and design teams to ensure seamless project delivery
    • Support the growth of construction practice in the Southern California market

    What You Bring

    • 10–13+ years of progressive experience in industrial construction, with a demonstrated focus on food manufacturing facilities (beverage facility experience is valued but not required)
    • Proven track record in project management, including full P&L oversight
    • Established business development experience, with an existing network and book of business in the food/beverage manufacturing space
    • Strong client relationship management skills
    • Experience coordinating and managing subcontractor relationships
    • Prior experience in senior roles such as Project Executive, Project Director, Area Director, Area Manager, or Director of Construction
