Job Description
Seeking an experienced contractor to support the day-to-day execution of Secure product lifecycle and migration initiatives, including EMV 3-D Secure (3DS) version migrations and retirement of legacy capabilities. These roles will coordinate across Product, Technology, Operations, Client Services, Certification, regional teams, and other stakeholders to drive migration readiness, manage dependencies and risks, and ensure lifecycle activities remain on track.
Key Responsibilities
- Support planning and execution of . Secure and EMV 3DS lifecycle and migration initiatives, including new-version adoption and legacy-version sunset activities.
- Develop and maintain migration plans, milestones, dependencies, RAID logs, action trackers, and readiness reporting.
- Coordinate across Product, Technology, Operations, Certification, Client Services, regional teams, and other cross-functional stakeholders to drive deliverables to completion.
- Track technology development, testing, certification, deployment, and operational-readiness dependencies.
- Support client and ecosystem migration readiness, including coordination across issuers, acquirers, merchants, processors, and 3DS technology providers.
- Coordinate lifecycle documentation and implementation materials, including program and implementation guides, FAQs, release materials, and client communications.
- Identify risks, issues, and cross-workstream dependencies; drive follow-up with owners and escalate items requiring product or leadership decisions.
- Facilitate working sessions, document decisions and actions, and maintain clear program documentation.
- Prepare concise status updates and leadership reporting on progress, risks, readiness, key milestones, and decisions required.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in product management, program management, technical program management, business analysis, or related technology roles.
- Experience supporting complex technology migrations, platform upgrades, product lifecycle programs, or large-scale implementations.
- Strong project execution skills, including management of milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and cross-functional deliverables.
- Ability to work effectively across business and technology teams and drive outcomes without direct authority.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with demonstrated attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate technical topics into clear business updates.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and proactively drive actions to resolution.
Nice to Have
- Experience in payments, digital commerce, authentication, fraud/risk, or financial-services technology.
- Knowledge of EMV 3-D Secure (EMV 3DS), authentication ecosystems, or related payment-security technologies.
- Experience with EMVCo specifications, testing, certification, or standards-based technology programs.
- Experience supporting large-scale client or ecosystem migrations and technology sunsets involving issuers, acquirers, processors, merchants, or technology providers.
- Familiarity with release management, certification, technical documentation, and client-readiness activities.
- Knowledge of AI prompt engineering techniques.
