### Job Description

#### Project Manager

Full Time Department: All Openings

### Essential Job Functions

• Initiate plan, execute, control, and close assigned projects
• Conduct meetings and group decision-making process
• Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the project team
• Keep Management and others informed about project status and issues
• Create program presentations & briefings
• Develop and maintain project governing documents (e.g., Requirements, Statement of Work, Risk Issues & Opportunity, Cost, Schedule)
• Create and maintain integrated project schedules, including coordination of resources
• Maintain oversight of assigned projects to ensure they remain within scope, schedule, and budget parameters
• Track and report cost and schedule performance
• Interface with vendors to ensure necessary procurement of parts and materials for specific projects
• Prepares technical reports
• Administer project databases
• Perform other related duties as required

### Supervisory Responsibilities

This job has no supervisory responsibilities. May be required to train and assist other employees effectively, partnering and collaborating on department and cross-functional organizational initiatives.

### Minimum Position Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

• Basic:
• Bachelors degree in business or STEM field or equivalent
• 2-3 years of project management coordination experience
• Preferred:
• Degree in an Engineering or Business with Aeronautical/Aerospace discipline
• General knowledge and skills associated with cross-functional coordination in areas of design, engineering, methodization, manufacturing, planning, production control, supply chain management, manufacturing engineering, aircraft fabrication, and assembly, and quality management testing and certification functions
• Requires comprehensive knowledge of Windows-based computer programs such as Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
