Description
Responsibilities:
Lead the execution of impactful projects involving HV, underground, and overhead transmission lines, with potential assignments in substation, distribution, private networks, and BESS projects.
Actively foster a safety-first culture throughout all project phases.
Respond to RFPs and create detailed proposals for services and EPC projects.
Manage schedules, budgets, and project scopes to ensure seamless execution.
Direct project teams through conceptual design and procurement stages.
Serve as the primary liaison among clients, external stakeholders, and internal teams to guarantee project success.
Demonstrate adaptability in corporate and field environments.
Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in the transmission line or construction management industry.
Comprehensive knowledge of multiple project execution phases.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
Professional credentials such as PE, P.Eng, or equivalent preferred.
Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
Proven ability to oversee project schedules, budgets, and scopes.
Management Responsibilities:
Lead and manage diverse project teams, with team composition varying by project needs.
Cultivate a collaborative environment to achieve strategic project goals.
Work Environment:
Hybrid work schedule: 3 days in-office and 2 days remote.
Role requires 25% travel to project sites, involving a mix of corporate and construction environments.
Exposure to extreme weather, high noise levels, and safety hazards typical of construction sites.
