Project Manager - General Contractor

Reporting directly to senior leadership, the Project Manager will oversee the successful delivery of industrial and commercial construction projects while acting as a key representative of the business during client and partner interactions.

• Manage construction projects from planning and procurement through execution and closeout
• Coordinate internal teams, consultants, subcontractors, and external stakeholders to ensure project success
• Maintain project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and safety requirements
• Lead client meetings and serve as the primary project contact throughout the project lifecycle
• Utilise modern construction management software and reporting tools to track progress and performance
• Identify risks, resolve project challenges, and drive solutions in fast-paced environments
• Support field operations teams and collaborate closely with Superintendents to ensure seamless project execution

A successful 'Project Manager' should have:

• Experience managing construction projects from planning through completion.
• Experience creating and maintaining project plans and schedules.
• Tilt up/Tilt wall construction experience.
• Ability to coordinate multiple project activities and priorities.
• Experience communicating project status, risks, and next steps to stakeholders.
• Ability to track deliverables and resolve project issues.
• Strong organizational skills for managing project records and timelines.
