- The role serves as a central connection point among Quality, Information Systems, Enterprise Architecture, database, data, finance, communications, Agile delivery, and manufacturing-site stakeholders.
- The position supports major initiatives including ICS+, QDMS, North American Hoshin activities, Oracle-to-Postgres transition, system releases, infrastructure readiness, and future quality-system development.
- It maintains integrated program plans, coordinates deployment and change-control activities, raises and resolves impediments, supports business planning and budgeting, and communicates program status to working teams and leadership.

- Strong knowledge of project planning, status reporting, issue management, dependency management, and stakeholder coordination.
- Demonstrated ability to organize and facilitate meetings involving technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership.
- Strong written, verbal, presentation, and executive-communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Power Apps, and related Microsoft 365 applications.
- Experience developing and maintaining Jira epics, project records, dashboards, or equivalent program-management tools.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities across geographically distributed organizations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation, timelines, and status information.
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Experience supporting manufacturing Quality systems or regional technology implementations.
- Familiarity with Agile planning, PI planning, Scrum teams, and quarterly business planning.
- Understanding of database, server, virtual-machine, Oracle, Postgres, testing, and production-deployment concepts.
- Experience with change-control processes, Requests for Change, and Change Advisory Boards.
- Familiarity with Lean, Hoshin Kanri, Obeya, Yokoten, continuous improvement, or similar operating practices.
- Experience supporting budget planning, business cases, value realization, and capacity discussions.
