Job Description
Project Manager
The Project Manager will:
- Lead commercial interior construction projects ranging from approximately $1M to $2M in value.
- Manage all phases of project execution from preconstruction through closeout.
- Drive project schedules, budgets, and overall performance to successful completion.
- Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Oversee project documentation, reporting, procurement, and change management.
- Collaborate closely with operations leadership and support team members to ensure project success.
- Maintain quality, safety, and compliance standards throughout each project.
- Operate independently and take full ownership of assigned projects.

A successful Project Manager should have:
- 6+ years of Project Management experience within construction.
- Proven experience managing commercial construction projects.
- Experience working in fast-paced project environments.
- Ability to independently manage projects from start to finish.
- Strong scheduling, coordination, and client management skills.
- Experience overseeing commercial interior construction projects.
The Project Manager will:
- Receive a competitive base salary of $120,000 to $140,000 plus bonus potential.
- Receive an annual performance bonus opportunity of up to 20%.
