Project Manager

The Project Manager will:

  • Lead commercial interior construction projects ranging from approximately $1M to $2M in value.
  • Manage all phases of project execution from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Drive project schedules, budgets, and overall performance to successful completion.
  • Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, clients, and internal stakeholders.
  • Oversee project documentation, reporting, procurement, and change management.
  • Collaborate closely with operations leadership and support team members to ensure project success.
  • Maintain quality, safety, and compliance standards throughout each project.
  • Operate independently and take full ownership of assigned projects.

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • 6+ years of Project Management experience within construction.
  • Proven experience managing commercial construction projects.
  • Experience working in fast-paced project environments.
  • Ability to independently manage projects from start to finish.
  • Strong scheduling, coordination, and client management skills.
  • Experience overseeing commercial interior construction projects.

The Project Manager will:

  • Receive a competitive base salary of $120,000 to $140,000 plus bonus potential.
  • Receive an annual performance bonus opportunity of up to 20%.
