Requirements Required Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field-or equivalent experience. 5-10+ years of construction project management experience, with a strong track record of managing projects in occupied or operational facilities. Ground Up Commercial project experience Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects or large, complex renovation programs. Strong understanding of scheduling, budget control, construction methods, and phasing logistics. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills Preferred Experience working in active environments such as healthcare facilities, corporate offices, higher education, or multi‑family residential buildings. Proficiency with PM software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam). OSHA 30 certification or similar safety training.
