Project Manager

• Plan and manage construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to ensure project milestones are met.

A successful Project Manager should have:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of project management experience in mechanical construction, HVAC, MEP, energy services, or related construction disciplines.
• Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.
• Experience managing commercial, healthcare, education, industrial, or government facility projects preferred.
• Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
