Job Description
This position will be responsible for the following:
- Manage up to two construction projects simultaneously from preconstruction through closeout
- Lead project teams, including direct oversight of Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers
- Maintain project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and client relationships
- Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
- Identify and mitigate project risks while driving schedule and budget performance
- Support business objectives through proactive communication and strong project leadership
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards

The Successful Applicant
The right fit candidate will have the following experience:
- 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction
- Proven experience managing projects valued at $15M or greater
- Healthcare construction experience strongly preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience mentoring or overseeing project support staff is a plus
- Must be able to work on-site in the Raleigh, NC market
