Lead Complex Healthcare Renovation ProjectsManage healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Oversee renovations, additions, and highly technical interior renovations. Coordinate owners, consultants, subcontractors, and field personnel. Review and manage construction documents, schedules, budgets, and project reporting. Healthcare construction experience required. Experience with renovations, additions, and technical interior projects. Strong understanding of construction documents and project administration. Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field preferred. Military or army background preferred. Motivated, entrepreneurial, and team-oriented mindset.
