Commercial General Contractor Project Manager

Job Description
Manage public and healthcare construction projects from planning through completion. Oversee project budgets, schedules, procurement, and cost controls. Coordinate clients, consultants, subcontractors, and field teams. Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, contracts, and project documentation. Ensure compliance with agency requirements, healthcare regulations, and project specifications. Monitor project progress and proactively resolve challenges. Maintain strong client relationships and act as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager should have:
- 5+ years of Project Management experience with a General Contractor
- Proven experience delivering public, healthcare, institutional, or government construction projects
- Strong knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, contract administration, and cost management
- Experience working with public agencies, healthcare providers, or institutional clients
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar construction software
- Organized, proactive, and able to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously
