Project Manager - High End Residential Projects - Boston, MA

• High end custom residential projects Plan and manage construction projects from start to finish to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
• Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that arise during construction.
• Prepare and present project updates to key stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Manage project budgets and control costs effectively.
• Oversee procurement of materials and equipment for projects.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records.

A successful Project Manager should have:

• 10+ years experience
• MUST HAVE experience on jobs in the city (downtown Boston)
• Experience managing construction projects in the business services industry.
• Strong organizational and communication skills to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, and risk management practices.
• Ability to lead teams effectively and drive project success.
• Familiarity with safety and regulatory standards in construction.

Office location: South End

• Competitive salary ranging from $150,000 to $215,000.
