Description

• Lead pharmaceutical, healthcare, and manufacturing construction projects from start to finish.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering proactive communication and project updates.
• Manage subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and overall project execution.
• Drive project planning and forecasting while identifying risks and opportunities.
• Oversee documentation-heavy processes including submittal logs, RFI logs, and project records.
• Coordinate project meetings and ensure all stakeholders remain aligned on milestones and deliverables.
• Support an initial interior finishes project with a major life sciences client through year-end, with future project opportunities available.
• Travel to job sites throughout the Triangle region while maintaining regular collaboration with the Cary office team.

Profile

• Experience managing pharmaceutical, healthcare, manufacturing, or industrial construction projects preferred.
• Proven ability to independently lead projects and drive results.
• Strong client-facing communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating multiple project stakeholders.
• Understanding of construction documentation, including RFIs and submittals.
• Knowledge of footings, concrete, and structural construction activities is a plus.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and forecasting abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Job Offer

• Base salary up to $140K+
• Annual bonus opportunity of 3%-5%.
• $650/month vehicle allowance.
