Description

  • Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and subcontractors, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor project progress, address any challenges, and implement effective solutions to maintain schedules.
  • Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
  • Oversee budget management, resource allocation, and procurement processes.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and client requirements.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in project management.

Profile

A successful Project Manager - High Profile Boston projects should have:

  • Rising APM or PM with 2 -5 years experience
  • Experience being in a client facing role
  • Relevant project experience; High End Residential and Commercial projects renovations
  • Experience running at least one project on their own
  • Proven experience managing construction projects within the business services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of project management tools, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.
  • A commitment to safety and quality standards.
  • Relevant educational qualifications in construction management or a related field.
