Description
- Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and subcontractors, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress, address any challenges, and implement effective solutions to maintain schedules.
- Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Oversee budget management, resource allocation, and procurement processes.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and client requirements.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in project management.
Profile
A successful Project Manager - High Profile Boston projects should have:
- Rising APM or PM with 2 -5 years experience
- Experience being in a client facing role
- Relevant project experience; High End Residential and Commercial projects renovations
- Experience running at least one project on their own
- Proven experience managing construction projects within the business services industry.
- Strong knowledge of project management tools, methodologies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.
- A commitment to safety and quality standards.
- Relevant educational qualifications in construction management or a related field.
