Project Manager

Our client, a leading energy technology and power generation company, is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. As a Project Manager, you will be part of the Project Management Office (PMO) supporting cross-functional operations, engineering, and business teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, stakeholder management expertise, and excellent organizational abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Horn Lake, MS
Pay Range: $50/hr

What's the Job?

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Manage project timelines, resources, budgets, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
• Track project KPIs and provide data-driven reporting and analytics.
• Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and project execution.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lessons learned programs.

What's Needed?

• 5+ years of project management experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Proven history of successfully delivering projects on schedule and within budget.
• Experience using Jira, Microsoft Project, or similar project management tools.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience with KPI tracking, risk management, and contingency planning.
