Plan and coordinate construction project activities from kickoff through closeout. Set project schedules and track milestones to keep work moving forward. Coordinate project details with internal teams, contractors, and other project contacts. Monitor project scope, timelines, and budgets and communicate updates clearly. Address project issues as they arise and help maintain progress toward key deliverables. Maintain project records, schedules, and status updates for accurate reporting. Review completed work against project requirements and document next steps.

A successful Project Manager should have experience managing construction projects from planning through completion. Experience building and maintaining project schedules and milestones. Ability to track project scope, budgets, deadlines, and deliverables. Experience coordinating with contractors, internal teams, and project contacts. Clear communication skills for sharing project updates and resolving issues. Ability to maintain accurate project records and documentation.

Permanent Project Manager position in Denver, CO. Salary of $120,000 to $150,000. Benefits as outlined in the offer letter.
