Experience with
clinical projects or business initiatives that require rapid activity/milestone
achievement is highly preferred. Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree
preferred.<\/span>

Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/u><\/b>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Manages multiple small
improvement projects, process improvement projects, and other business -related
initiatives from initiation through completion.<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Manages execution of
cross -functional plans and tracks progress of activities.<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Facilitates
cross -functional interactions to complete the assigned projects within the
deadline and compliance with the pharma services plan.<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Tracks, maintains, and
communicates project reports to stakeholders.<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Responsible for data
integrity of resource trackers and capacity charts, and ensuring their projects
are in alignment with project management best practices.<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Manages the CAPEX
budget.<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Updates and maintains
dashboards.<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Oversees and guides
day -to -day activities of sample process flow and accurate reporting of results.<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Implements/pulls in
best practices within the clinical sciences team; fosters continuous
improvement by ensuring knowledge and experience exchange.<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Responsible for the
management of assays transferring to Penzberg.<\/span>
<\/p>
<\/span>
