Our client is a well-established and growing design-build general contractor with a strong presence in the Minnesota market and projects across the U.S. and Canada. Description
- Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout with full ownership
- Lead budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client communication
- Oversee self-storage, logistics, industrial, and specialty commercial projects
- Coordinate with field teams, owners, architects, and vendors
- Drive project meetings, solve issues, and keep milestones on track
- Review contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and documentation
- Maintain project profitability, forecasting, and cost controls
- Travel occasionally to project sites across the U.S. or Canada (minimal)
- Deliver high-quality projects while maintaining strong client relationships
Profile
- 5+ years of construction project management experience with a General Contractor
- Proven ability to manage projects from start to finish
- Experience in commercial, industrial, self-storage, warehouse, or related markets preferred
- Strong understanding of budgets, scheduling, contracts, and subcontractor management
- Proficiency with Procore or similar construction software
- Professional, client-facing communicator who works well with diverse teams
- Hard-working, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Construction-related degree preferred but not required with relevant experience
Job Offer
- Base salary of $90,000 - $110,000
