Job TitleProject ManagerJob DescriptionManage projects from preconstruction through closeout with full ownership. Lead budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client communication. Oversee self-storage, logistics, industrial, and specialty commercial projects. Coordinate with field teams, owners, architects, and vendors. Drive project meetings, solve issues, and keep milestones on track. Review contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and documentation. Maintain project profitability, forecasting, and cost controls. Travel occasionally to project sites across the U.S. or Canada (minimal). Proven ability to manage projects from start to finish. Experience in commercial, industrial, self-storage, warehouse, or related markets preferred. Strong understanding of budgets, scheduling, contracts, and subcontractor management. Proficiency with Procore or similar construction software. Professional, client-facing communicator who works well with diverse teams. Hard-working, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Construction-related degree preferred but not required with relevant experience.What's on OfferBase salary of $90,000 - $110,000. $1,000/month car allowance. Flexible Time Off.
