Job Title: Project Manager II (Renewables/Solar)
Location: Traveling / Project-Based (Renewables)
Company: The Boldt Company – National Power & Industrial
Anticipated Salary Range: $108,050 – $142,796 annually

At Boldt, we build more than complex projects, and we build strong relationships, great teams, and lasting impact.

We’re hiring a Project Manager II to help lead large-scale renewable energy (solar preferred) projects where safety, schedule, cost, and quality execution matter every day. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can manage scopes end-to-end, communicate clearly with customers and trade partners, and keep teams aligned as projects move fast in the field.

As a Project Manager II at Boldt, you’ll step into a hands-on leadership role where you help deliver complex renewable energy projects safely, on schedule, and within budget. You’ll partner closely with clients, trade partners, and internal teams to keep work moving forward—leading communication, resolving challenges, and ensuring every phase of the project aligns with our commitments. From day one, you’ll be trusted to take ownership, bring clarity to complexity, and help the team execute at a high level.

In this role, you’ll drive key project outcomes across safety, quality, schedule, cost, and risk—managing scopes, coordinating subcontractors, and navigating change with confidence. You’ll stay close to the details while keeping the bigger picture in focus, proactively identifying risks, maintaining strong visibility into project performance, and helping the team deliver results the right way. Along the way, you’ll mentor and support team members, contributing to a culture built on trust, accountability, and continuous improvement.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $108,050 – $142,796 annually. This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual’s skills, experiences, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
