Education and Experience»

• Experience working with a business customer to document requirements, analysis and design deliverables (15+
• Experience using SQL, SPUFI, Platinum, File Manager, Debugger, QMF Tools or equivalent (10+ years) years)
• Experience completing Unit/Development Testing, Systems Testing, and Supporting User Acceptance Testing (15+ years)
• Technical writing and documentation (12+ years)

 
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities »

• Team management expertise including creation, assignment, and tracking of work tasks and responsibilities
• Experience with creation of detailed workplans using automated tools 15 years
• Excellent oral and written communication skills 15 years
• Experience in Technical Writing and Documentation 12 years
• Application Development and Support – all phases of the systems development life cycle – supporting a CICS/DB2/COBOL/SAS/JCL Mainframe Systems 8 years
• MS Product experience (Excel, Outlook, Project, Word): 15 years
• Experience completing Unit/Development Testing, Systems Testing, and Supporting User Acceptance Testing 15 years
• Experience using SQL, SPUFI, Platinum, File Manager, Debugger, QMF Tools or equivalent 10 years
• Experience working with a business customer to document requirements, analysis, and design deliverables 15 years
• Use of Changeman, CNTL-M, JIRA Service Management, or similar tracking mechanism in performing software management activities. 10 years

 
Nice to have skills:

• Knowledge and experience with child support system certification
• Financial and/or Case Management Child Support Enforcement: Systems development and maintenance experience
