To be considered for this position, you must have 5+ years of window and door project management experience. We are not looking for general construction or roofing managers; residential window installation expertise is required.
Daily Field & Office Operations:
Schedule window installations efficiently across multiple active residential job sites.
Procure materials accurately and ensure all windows and doors arrive on time.
Take full ownership of field issues, resolving conflicts quickly between homeowners, installers, and subcontractors.
Perform meticulous on-site final inspections and complete comprehensive project punch lists.
Strict Hiring Requirements:
5 or more years of dedicated experience managing window/door projects.
Elite communication skills—you must be comfortable handling homeowner concerns and managing subcontractors with equal professionalism.
