Construction Project Manager
A leading construction firm specializing in tilt up light industrial projects. With a commitment to excellence and innovation, we have successfully completed numerous projects across the front range.
Job Description
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Manage all aspects of the project lifecycle, from pre-construction planning to project closeout.
- Coordinate and oversee subcontractors and suppliers.
- Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with project specifications and regulations.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Prepare and present progress reports and updates to stakeholders.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project.

The Successful Applicant
The Successful Construction Project Manager will have the following:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in light industrial and tilt-up construction projects.
- 7+ years of experience
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and methods.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks.
- Understands and is up to date with CM software
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera
