Job Responsibilities
Project Portfolio Management & Delivery
This role maintains a portfolio of active technology projects spanning enterprise implementations, system upgrades, and process improvement initiatives. • Manage the planning, scheduling, and tracking of project milestones, tasks, and deliverables across active initiatives
  • Lead select projects supporting our current environment while also engaged in future platform initiatives
  • Maintain and update project plans, RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions), and status reports on a weekly basis
  • Monitor project timelines and proactively flag risks, delays, or blockers to the Senior Manager, Business Applications and Portfolio Management
  • Support the coordination of sprint ceremonies in an Agile environment, including daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
  • Track action items and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion
Stakeholder Communication
  • Prepare and distribute weekly project status reports, meeting notes, and executive summaries
  • Maintain organized project documentation in SharePoint and other collaboration platforms
Implementation Support
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) logistics, tester scheduling, and defect tracking
  • Coordinate the build of test cases and support the build of automated regression testing
  • Help manage go-live readiness checklists, mock cutover plans, and hypercare support coordination
Documentation & Reporting
  • Create and maintain project artifacts, including process flows, decision logs, training schedules, and test case libraries
  • Support the development of change management communications and training materials
  • Compile and analyze project metrics to support reporting to leadership and steering committees
Job Requirements
Required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of progressive experience in project management, with enterprise-wide software implementations
  • Experience with Salesforce implementations strongly preferred; general CRM platform familiarity required
  • Experience with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and technology implementation processes
  • Proficiency in Asana for portfolio and project tracking; familiarity with other project management tools such as Jira, Monday.com, or Microsoft Project a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration tools such as Teams and SharePoint

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable preparing summaries and status updates for varied audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Proactive, self-starter mindset with a strong sense of accountability and follow-through
Preferred
  • Exposure to Agile or Scrum methodologies; CAPM, PMP, or Scrum certification in progress or completed
  • Prior Business Analyst experience, including technical requirement documentation
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to empower process efficiencies
  • Prior experience in a legal, healthcare, public sector, or nonprofit environment
