Job Description
The Project Manager will:
- Lead projects from conceptual planning, preconstruction, and budgeting through final closeout.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate closely with estimating teams during budgeting, bidding, and procurement phases.
- Perform constructability reviews and identify opportunities to improve project execution.
- Develop trade scopes and manage subcontractor procurement activities.
- Negotiate contracts and oversee subcontractor agreements.
- Manage permitting activities and coordinate utility requirements.
- Create and maintain complex CPM schedules using Primavera P6.
- Monitor project budgets, cash flow, schedules, and overall financial performance.
- Direct project teams and provide leadership to project staff throughout execution.
- Ensure quality, safety, and client satisfaction objectives are achieved.
- Support occupied renovation projects while minimizing disruption to end users.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager will:
- 5-10 years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction.
- Experience leading at least two projects as the Project Manager of record.
- Experience managing projects valued at a minimum of $10M.
- Strong leadership experience overseeing project teams and project staff.
- Proven ability to develop and manage CPM schedules.
- Experience with contract administration, schedule management, and cash flow management.
- Strong client-facing communication and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency with Primavera P6 scheduling software.
- Experience utilizing construction management technology platforms.
