Description

The Project Manager - Interiors will:

  • Manage multiple interior construction projects from preconstruction through completion.
  • Coordinate with clients and architects, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
  • Oversee procurement, logistics, and installation of prefabricated components.
  • Utilize digital tools and platforms to track progress and streamline communication.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve issues proactively.
  • Provide regular updates and reporting to stakeholders and leadership.

Profile

A successful Project Manager - Interiors should have:

  • Experience in Project Management within construction (interiors preferred)
  • Open to candidates from both GC and subcontractor backgrounds
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Tech-savvy mindset with willingness to learn new systems and platforms
  • Experience working on commercial, life science, or healthcare projects is a plus
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and solutions-oriented approach
